Construction of the enterprise is "on a turn-key basis carried out for 2 months from the moment of delivery of the equipment.
From the received biogas cogenerator gives us warmly and the electric power for realization of all cycle of work of the enterprise. As a result of processing we receive an energy source and highly effective fertilizer.
We need to connect only water - from the main water pipe or by drilling a chink on the location of the enterprise.
Such enterprise can accept and process from 50t. up to 6000t. enzymes in a month. One bioreactor for a month processes 150t. enzyme.
As a result of processing we receive 60 % of liquid fertilizers (concentrate) and 40 % of dry fertilizers.
Capital expenses for construction of the enterprise depend on volume of demanded processing a month. A recoupment of investments is in current 16 - 18 months in view of the bank interest rate and taxes.
