WORK OF BIOREACTOR

Installation is intended for without waste, non-polluting processing of an organic waste of birds, pigs and cows. As a result of processing we receive biogas which provides us with heat and the electric power, the non-polluting liquid and firm organic fertilizers deprived of nitrates and nitrites, seeds of weeds, pathogenic micro flora, eggs helmints and specific smells. Principle of work
1. Loading of a waste with water addition in the ratio 1:0,5 1:0,75
2. Warming up of installation to +70В°C gradual cooling to +40В°C (constant hashing)
3. Addition of microorganisms
4. After the first loading of plums of ready weight to be made in 5 days and simultaneous replenishment.

After bioreactor start in a full operating mode, daily having merged finished goods to 5 t.

In an installation operating time it is necessary to carry out the control of acidity, temperatures, pressure of gas, loading level.

All is supervised by an installation control unit automatically. Only 1 person suffices for management 2 hours per day. This person conducts the control by means of the computer. After 2 week trainings on installation the person without special skills, after school or technical school can work. We wish to pay attention that a prospective installation is not experimental, but working, checked up and reliable.

The description of received fertilizer

Contains all necessary components of fertilizers (nitrogen, phosphate, potassium, macro and microcells) in the dissolved kind in parities necessary for plants, and as active biological stimulators of a class auksinov, raising a crop exit in two and more times. Operates on a plant at once on entering into soil. Does not contain pathogenic (pathogenic) microflora, eggs helmints, seeds of weeds, nitrates and the nitrites, specific fecal smells.
Fertilizer is nontoxic, safe, does not form harmful and toxic connections at entering into soil, on influence on a human body according to GOST 12.2007 components of a product concern 4 class of danger.
It is used in all climatic zones for all kinds of soils, raising their fertility and improving an ecological condition.
It is applied as fertilizer to all kinds of agricultural and decorative cultures.

It is enough 1 litre of the concentrated fertilizer for processing from 2 to 15 m2. of soil. It is stored at temperature from-40°C to +15°C. The Warranty period of storage 1 year. Organic fertilizer universal also is applied not less often than 3-4 times during a season.
